As a reformed soda addict I do not let my child (3yrs old) drink soda. Chocolate milk is her treat. Pull something from the carpet other than the reddish or purple colors. If you get a color that is in carpet it will pull those colors ( you will notice them more) and the purple will not look so intense. If you go for the redish purple colors than it will make the carpet stand out more. your choice.

I found that if I posted on MFP before I eat, I eat less. I am more aware of the numbers and what I am putting into my body. One of the reasons people gain the weight in the first place is because they eat without thinking. You have to focus on what you are eating. Snacking, watching if front of the tv, or while running…

We are most afraid of things we no nothing about. Go to the doctor!!! Find your starting place. Then one day at a time force yourself to work out for 20 min. It has happened to me. I was recently taken off caffeine all together because it was messing up my gallbladder. The doc told me it is a diuretic. I would stop drinking it before it does any more damage to you.

Great job!!!! As a side note, lifting weights as you are losing weigh helps to keep the flappy parts from becoming flappy. I won't totally get rid of it but it does help, and not for the reason the silly doc said. Keep up the good work!
