No carbs is not a sustainable way of eating. What was that fad diet called? Aitkins? Yeah you'll lose, but once you fall off the wagon it will come right back. Learn to eat with moderation and enjoy your food! I make my meals look good and I sit down to eat with my kids.

I wish I was more like you! I'm 26 and my metabolism slowed down in my early 20's. If I tracked like you I wouldnt be 40lbs overweight! eat lots of fruits and veg . my aunt lost 60lbs on weight watchers @ 2lb wk. she calls them s**t disturbers lol. She also never did workouts, but walked everyday about 1 hr for the activity points.

I try to aim for be asleep by 10. My bedtime routine works best if I start at 9 to shower, read and decompress from the day. I need that time to myself once the kids go to sleep. If I watch tv before bed I never go to sleep at a decent hour.
