  • I started going for bike rides with my girls, and I think I'm going to try to get a bike ride in daily or at least every other day because my legs and but are sore lol. Positive change I started eating sugar snap peas at night instead of chips :)
  • I feel the same when I get discouraged I stop take a moment and read this. I find it helps a lot :)
  • I just added cleaning to my exercise. I never thought of housework = workout or mini workout. I agree a good motivator to clean more :)

  • I just started today also looking to lose at least 50lbs. I've tried many things until a friend mentioned this site and I hope I have enough control to stay within my daily calorie limit. I love food but I need to be healthy.
