  • Well I won't rule out completely therapy but I will try other options first and if all else fails it could be an option too. It's not that I didn't like my therapist, it's just that I didn't find it particularly helpful. I know my kids aren't neglected but I just always feel like I could be better to them. I think a lot of…
  • I don't understand why but the end of my last post is missing? I was explaining how I lack trust with health professionals and can't wrap my head around opening up to a specialist. Here is different since no one really knows who I am. I don't know if my fear is rational or not, but I am too scared that I would be judged…
  • Thank you everyone. My husband is better now and was actually cleared to go back to work last December. We're slowly digging ourselves out of the mess this put us in. I ended up talking to him yesterday, not about everything, but about my anxiety. There was tension at first as he immediately took it as if he was doing…
  • Congrats! I would kill to look like this lol. How long did it take you to lose 30lbs? Thanks for the inspiration!
  • It's interesting seeing how your family does things! Thanks for sharing!
  • And also, don't feel like a parenting fail. If you feel like you are failing, it is because you are trying so hard already. They have mind of their own and we can only do our best to raise them.
  • Damn. Those are all good points. I think you're doing your best already dear. Have you tried sitting down and having an ''adult'' talk with him and explaining to him why you want this for him and try to lead him to think for himself that he might not want to either? He might feel important being talked to with honesty.…
  • I didn't read all the responses so I apologize if this was already mentioned... but instead of taking everything away which will probably just push him to want it more, I would try enrolling him into physical activities. For one, it will give him something to do that will boost his self-confidence and make him socialize…
  • Even if he was to propose, this is not the kind of relationship you want to be in. Get out ASAP. Good luck oxox
  • Some might or might not agree, but here's a link about fluoride in the water and ways to filtrate your water. http://energyfanatics.com/2012/06/13/how-decalcify-pineal-gland/
  • I found that I wasn't able to lose weight while breastfeeding. I felt ravenous all the time and it stressed me out and in the end, my milk supply and the bonding experience with my baby was more important so I just decided to wait until I was done. But that's just me! Good luck :) Jjust don't obsess over it and don't beat…
  • Thanks for your reply. First of all, that's amazing that you have been vegan for all of these years. I highly respect you in this concern and your experience. I was just using the (wild) horses as an example. We are closer to primates actually. I'm not saying that you or anyone should eat exclusively raw. I am just…
  • I've learned a lot from the liferegenerator and tons more from Dr Robert Morse ❤
  • https://youtu.be/GZN3HGiS4zw Dr Morse - Everything you need to know about food I have recently started a raw plant based diet that consists of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds myself. It surely isn't for everyone. Is it healthy thought? Surely is. I am keeping it simple right now but there is a lot of information out there…
  • Raw veganism isn't for anyone. Everyone follows their own paths and some want to dig deeper and discover their true potential. It sure isn't easy to achieve nowadays, but the rewards will far exceed the efforts. I am currently transitioning into this lifestyle and preparing my body to start fasting. I hope to break free…
  • I highly suggest you all watch Dr. Morse's video debunking nutritional deficiencies. Horses eat grass only and aren't deficient. Same for all animals. They don't cook or have a huge variety of foods to eat. If you feed you're body what it needs (fruits and vegetables) and avoid the rest which which causes inflammation,…
  • Oh myyyy. This makes my heart so happy
  • I was soooo grossed out by those flavoured sea weeds
  • Omg I think you just saved my life <3
  • I wasn't aware of this... YAY ME! At least one good thing about living in Ontario lol.
  • I want to lose 61lbs  Down 2.8lbs already!
  • I just pre-logged tomorrow and I'm having nachos, pizza, wings and beers for the Superbowl! I'll have my morning coffee in the morning, chocolate protein powder mixed with plain Greek yogurt at lunch and some carrot sticks as an afternoon snack. Tomorrow's total calories is 1272cals so I'm still hitting my calorie goal!…
  • @aquadolly_ I messed up on day 8 and now picking up from there. I purchased the ab challenge to do after hopefully :)
  • Im now on day 7 and loving it! I even purchased the above challenge while it's on sale for $10. I started and couldn't finish the workouts and now I'm addicted and looking forward to the burn! I'm 24, 5'5'' and 6 months post parting with my 2nd child. My HW is 200 CW is 186 GW is 125lbs.
  • Update : I meant to start at 1800cals, but when I look at my weekly calories it averages closer to 2000cals and I've lost 5lbs in 1 week! That probably includes some water weight too as I have just started but I haven't changed my diet drastically, just portions and drinking water instead of pop or juice. Will keep you…
  • Way to go! Keep it up!

  • I looooove all Country Harvest, if you have them where you live. They are delicious and pack a bunch of good stuff.
  • Hi! I am 5'5'' and started at 186lbs on Dec. 1st and I would like to lose 60lbs. With -30lbs I'll be the weight I was before I got pregnant the second time, and -60lbs I'll be the weight I was before having my two children. Feel free to add me, I'd be glad to have you as a friend :) Good luck on your journey oxox
  • I used to think that way and run on bike trails before and loved it. Now that I have to children I would just not risk it... I miss it and it frustrates me but I've heard of too many things in my area and the risk to me isn't worth it. I wish I had the balls all of you have!!
  • When dieting I always end up waking up in the night to go to the toilet and I am starving! So usually I avoid sweet (my weakness) and instead I'll have a couple crackers and maybe a sip of juice. 15 gold fish crackers are only 35cals. I didn't find it to hinder my progress and it allows me to go back to bed feeling good.
