I don't know if you've read "Bigger, leaner, stronger" but it has a really great section on willpower and sticking to fitness goals, I found it really helpful!

22 and trying to lose weight that I gained when I started grad school. Put on weight due to having less time to work out and eating really unhealthy. I'm pretty new to mfp but want to get involved in the community, feel free to add! :)
