I haven't exactly looked into CAT nutrition but I know from changing my hounds to "wellness" , it is expensive. But I do want my hounds to feel good and be healthy. Just like you said, reading the label, wellness ingredients are things we would eat....they have wellness for cats too.:flowerforyou:

MFP's required calorie intake is a minimum 1200. They figure we can not get all our nutrients with less than 1200 calories/day.:flowerforyou:

I have to agree, I cleaned house all day the other day in addition to lawn mowing and walking 45 minutes...I just can't make myself put house cleaning as a cardiovascular activity.:flowerforyou:

My two hounds weigh about 160 together......My blue tick coonhound should weigh less, we're walking (working ) on it....My Scooby, red tick coonhound is all muscle and looks like a lean mean machine,,,,,I feel for my girl,,,it's the darn estrogen....Not really, I know better. Why a cheat day? The only person you are cheating is yourself, your body. Why not find a healthier substitute, a little less fat, a little less sugar, less carbs per serving? Hello and welcome, one step at a time....Walking is great for starters....start with what you can accomplish and add from there....Like 15 minutes one way and then 15 min back to house.....for a few days and then add more...Good luck...Friend me if you like.:smile:

I try not to. I mean if I had my butt on the stride trainer for 30 minutes twice in one day, why would I want to eat that.......Unless it is just a bad day for some reason...But I try not to:}
