Yes! I really struggled with some of the weeks. I had to repeat some of them 2 or 3 times. I moved on sometimes without being totally comfortable with the last week. But you DO improve. All of a sudden I was on week 8 and running for 20 minutes, blowing past the spots that I had to stop and walk and that feeling is amazing…

I've had that my whole life! It's definitely not my bra (in my case, anyway) because it's there when I'm not wearing one, too. Since I've lost weight, on one side, it's totally gone and the other is still there. WTF?? So I look kind of lopsided now.. but gives me hope that the other will go away some day! Like others have…

I added you, and would love some more runner friends! I started running a few months ago as a necessity because I was training for my first triathlon (which is tomorrow - eep!) and I fell in love. Since then, i've done two 5ks, I have one more in July and a 10k in October. Hopefully a few more triathlons in there, too!

An irish setter!

I rock the **** out of them.. but alas, my hips and stomach are getting small enough that my calves don't fit in them if I want it to fit at the waist.
-
You look awesome! Congratulations!
-
Good luck! You're going to have so much fun!

Between 2,200 and 2,800 depending on my workout. I don't lose when I eat less! I'm 5'9" and currently 198 for the record.

Oh man, landshark and I aren't on speaking terms after a bad night together. Lately, I've really been enjoying Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, though it's really hard for me to pick a favorite. I like a lot of the Magic Hat beers, too.

I DO eat my exercise calories back, 2,200-2,800 calories a day - find I don't lose weight if I don't eat enough (THAT was a frustrating few weeks). Exercise 6 days of week, good mix of cardio and weights. Lots of water. Most of all: finding something that I enjoy. Getting myself to the gym was BRUTAL until I figured out…

Do it! I started it because I needed to start running in training for my triathlon, and I am now in LOVE with running. Along with getting fitted for proper running shoes my number one suggestion is start running outside as soon as possible. I wish that someone had told me that earlier - not only is it way more fun, it's…

I use both in my smoothies! I can't taste the chia seeds at all, but the flax seeds you can taste a bit and I don't like them with some fruits, so definitely play around a bit if you go this route :)

I've lost 70 pounds and 7 dress sizes so it's about 10 pounds per size for me.

CHEATING :P ps next we need a picture of you riding that bike!
-
I'm the same way! I tend to burn more calories according to my HRM than the machines say. I have noticed that as I lose weight, I get more efficient and I'm burning less each session, though. *shrugs* I guess we're just weird :)

You look fantastic! Congratulations!
-
Oh! I am planning on starting this as soon as I finish my triathlon in two weeks. I'm adding you. :)
-
I've been doing it for over a year, and I have not gotten used to it yet! One day, maybe :) I know the water is good for me, so it's worth it but it is really frustrating.
-
That's awesome! I look forward to that day :)

You took the words right out of my mouth!

I am so excited to read this. I have my first triathlon coming up in less than a month and I am absolutely terrified! Congratulations, you must been on top of the world!
-
You can add me, if you like. I am almost done with C25k and I just did my second 5k this weekend (and rocked it, if I do say so myself)! I love new friends :)
-
This! Helps me every time.
-
Absolutely! I eat between 2,000 and 2,700 calories most days and I don't lose if I eat less.
-
That's what I was wondering! Peanut butter is amazing, and good for you too!
-
Aaaand this is why wine is my number 11 - all red is malbec because I am lazy :)

There were some weeks that I had to do three or four times! Just keep at it and you'll rock it.
