After avoiding fast food for 3 months, my body no longer accepts cheeseburgers and such... Last time I had a McDouble, I ended up throwing up!!! It's like that for most of their food...

A typically day for me: -consume 1,100 calories (+300 on lifting days...) -burn 400 calories (end result: 700 calories) I lose about 3 1/2 to 5lbs a week like this. You really don't need to exercise, diet alone can lose the weight. Cardio speeds up the weight loss.

Anything is possible! I've dropped 3 1/2 lbs every week for about 3 months healthily. Just keep pushing yourself and before you know it, you've reached your goal!
