I'm logging everything, accepting I will probably double my calories but being okay with it...I'm not drinking alcohol and I may go for a walk after dinner to make myself feel better...

I personally do not think you should eat if you aren't hungry, but I would guess that you are probably eating more than you think you are.....sometimes our estimates for how much of a portion we actually had are off

ok you and I are very similar in terms of height, weight although I am a few pounds heavier and a couple inches taller...anyways when I first started I had HORRIBLE eating habits-soda all day, no water, fast food for every meal every day horrible, etc and I was eating about 3500 cals a day...now I am only entering week 3…

I have been wondering this myself...I am ALWAYS over my sugar allowance but when I go back over the sugar I ate most of it is fruit so I tend not to feel bad about it...I did get a tip though that usually competitors cut fruit and all over sugars completely when they are competing; however, if you are a noncompetitior…
