  • My trainer says to aim for 180-250 minutes of cardio a week. Whether it's 60 min at a time or 15 minutes here and there. :o)

  • I don't think they give you the actual calorie content, but I thought they had a new under 750 cal section. I think they have a dragonfire chicken that is on it. Also, try ordering off the kids menu or asking for your veggies with no butter. I was suprised to learn that Outback uses butter to grill their chicken breast!…
  • I just asked this same question on my wall. I asked my old trainer and she said if my goal is 1600 calories to stick to that, don't add back in the exercise calories or else that will defeat the weight loss part. But who knows...it could be that I'm just as confused as a mother of a 4 month old! LOL! Good luck to you!
