Core 20 and then P90x Stretch today. Not a big calorie burn but it felt oh so good. First day of no cardio since Saturday.

Add me too! I love Turbo FIre and everything Chalene. On my 1st week of TF/CLX hybrid.

I started this week with the Turbo Fire/ Chalean Extreme hybrid. Turbo FIre is like Turbo Jam on steroids. Way more intense but also more fun. I burned about 700 calories in an hour. And it does take a few times to get used to the moves and pace. Enjoy Stacie

Today was CLX Burn Circuit 1, and then I also did Fire 45. I did New to Class again and I am starting to figure out the moves but I still lost a couple times. I think I will stick to the New to Class for a few more times. I burned less calories the 2nd time around, too. I think it is partly because we are figuring it out…

I couldn't rest... I did Fire 30 for 345 calories. Mostly because my husband took me out for lunch at Red Robin (yum) and I was out of calories for the day :wink: Stacie

I had my thyroid removed in 1994 (I was in high school). I struggle with weight loss, too, and would love buddies with the same issue.

Today is rest day for me, too, daniedee. I want to keep going, but I know rest days are good for me too.

I am in the 170's and am looking forward to 160's. When I get there it will be my lowest weight in over 10 years. I think I'm ready.

Today is ab burner and recharge (CLX), but I am going to add in a HIIT workout, too. Should I start with the shortest one and work up?

Nice to meet you Rita- I am a Chalene junkie as well. I started the CLX/TF hybrid yesterday (May 2) and I just love it. I am wanting to lose about 20 pounds right now, but crossing my fingers that this works so well that I can go even further. We can do this together:wink:

Fire 55 today 620 calories according to HRM, but I noticed at one point that it had gone wonky and was showing a resting heart rate in the middle of a FIRE, so I think at least a few more calories burned. I officially started the CLX/TF hybrid today but I am subbing cardio for the stretch classes for little extra oomf.

NO change for me this week :( Sw 178 CW 178 I started a new program so I am hoping to see results soon.

I ended up doing Fire 45 New to class- not EZ! It was soooo awesome. I didn't have to pause at all (except to pee- mommy bladder) and I burned over 700 calories! I think everyone should do Turbo Fire:)

I am starting TF/CLX hybrid on Monday (May 2nd). Would love to be part of this group and have buddies:) I love Chalene and Turbo Jam and I know I am going to love love these new programs.
