I'm 8 weeks as well and this is number 4 for me (The others are 11, 9, and 3). I of course lost all my extra weight finally after #3 and am concerned about putting it back on. I already have a bump and can't button my pants, and I'm either starving or nauseous or both all day long. Still working out, but not able to worry…

I am due August 27th with my 4th! I was obese with my other pregnancies, but had gotten in the best shape of my life before this one. I'm hoping that will make it easier since I am old now! I'm worried about watching the scale creep back up after fighting so hard to lose the weight.

I am on week 6 now and I have to say I like that the schedule is more intense than the original hybrid, but there are times when it is *almost* too much for my body. I will definitely need a rest week after this. Not recommended for beginners.
-
Thank you everyone. The compliments definitely help me keep going. I love the pats on the back I get from my MFP friends.

I started January 2011 at 190. Today I weigh 145.5 and still want to lose about 5 more pounds. I firmly believe that slow and steady is the best way for lasting results.

I did the schedule in the book last summer and had great results. I love both programs but I got bored in the middle of my second round. Took a break to do P90X2 but couldn't stay away. I'm on week 5 of Janelle's schedule and loving it just as much. Janelle's schedule is more hard core than the book, especially at first,…

Do you know why the last 4 weeks you only do Lean 3? I think I'll switch some of the other CXE's in there unless there is a good reason to do that one so many times.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/346332-my-turbo-fire-chalean-extreme-results I never could get the pic sized right, but these are my results. I recommend any beachbody program to anyone. Right now I am doing P90X2 and get wait to post those results. Stacie

I haven't been this sore in a loooong time. I'm thinking some easy cardio today before week 2 starts tomorrow.
-
I started on the 1st. Today was yoga and I amazed myself with the crane. I love the foam roller and I finally got a pullup bar up so we'll see if I can do an actual real pullup by the end of this.

It can be done. Don't let it be an excuse! I have found that it may not be as easy, but if you are very active and watch your eating you can lose the weight. I have lost almost 40 pounds since the first of the year by working out 6 days a week and staying under my calories MOST days. I am almost to my goal and have never…

Ya know, it was a real commitment pushing play every single day but when I started seeing results each day was easier. There were times when I could have done better eating, but I am looking at this as a life-long process. Up and downs are fine as long as I just keep moving forward. And if I can do it, anyone can!

Thanks everyone for the lovin. One of the most important things in life for me is to be an inspiration for someone else. I am so happy I could do that with my results.
-
Thanks everyone. Lots of warm fuzzies over here. I plan to do another round of the Hybrid and try to lose another 5-10 pounds. I just enjoyed it so much. I might cut one day a week, though. Another 20 weeks of 6 days a week sounds like a lot right now.

It's in the back of the TF book, or on Beachbody's website

Not a scam. Yes you should get it. It is awesome! Details: 1 I don't know who could possibly not work up a sweat. It is high intensity/high impact (if you want it to be) cardio. YOu are constantly moving and sweating. 2. I am so not coordinated. I tried Zumba and felt like a fool. It took a few tries to learn the TF moves,…

I joined the 150's club for a day last week and plan on rejoining this week. I am also 5'6" and have the same goal. 150 will be awesome and I will see what I can do past that. I know that the 120's are unrealistic for my body, but 140 might be possible.
-
They are both awesome, but if you are just starting out you should do Turbo Jam. I did Turbo Jam for years and Turbo Fire kicked my butt when I started it. You can probably do Turbo Fire, but work into it slowly and give yourself time to build up to the full program.
-
Turbo Jam. Turbo Fire is Turbo Jam on steroids, so you want to work up to it.
-
Usually alternating workouts from each program. In the Turbo Fire / Chalean Extreme example, Chalene actually put together a schedule for maximum results from both programs. It's pretty awesome.
-
YOu do need free weights for Chalean Extreme. I got a set of adjustables from 5-25 pounds from Walmart.
-
Just a schedule using more than one program.
-
I had done Turbo Jam before, but I went straight to a Chalean/Turbo Fire hybrid without doing either first. I love it and it works for me. I am on Day 90 and not bored at all. Huge changes to my body from both programs.

1 Around 500 2 166 3 34 4 Polar FT4
-
Def Chalean Extreme! I'm doing that and Turbo Fire together and I am losing fat/weight and getting great muscle definition.
-
My third is 15 months now and I am done breastfeeding, but I also have hypothyroid and struggle to take the weight off. Add me if you like. We can support each other.

Checking in day early because we're going on vacation in a few hours: 168 today
-
45EZ was super hard at first but now I like it because I get the best calorie burn from that one. Really I love all of them and can't choose a fav yet. Did 55EZ yesterday for the 1st time in a few weeks and really liked that one too.
-
169.5!!!! It has also been a loooong time for me since I've seen 160's. Now it's time to start working towards the 150's:happy:
