look at the label on your milk and choose the entry that matches what the packaging says. if none match then you can add the item to the database to use in the future.

Nope, No PCOS and they don't know why I don't absorb Iron. I've done more blood tests that I can remember and scoped up and down for biopsies and they still don't know. I manage it with iron supplements.

I'm in the same boat as well... Hypo active thyroid and low Iron bordering on anemic so I'm cold and tired allll the time. I wanted to lost 16 by christmas and I started Nov 1. I'm down 5 pounds so 11 more to go :smile:

I don't think I ever said sugar was bad. I said that for me personally I have an issue controlling the amount of food I personally consider to be not good choices (chocolate, ice cream, cookies etc.) Others don't put labels on types of food and are able to fit everything into their diet, and one day I hope to be able to…

Its possible, I did it. Its awful in the beginning, and you need to have to WANT to stop to have the will power to stick with it.... but it is possible.

I agree with Stephanie. While some (most) don't consider sugar to be addictive, for me sugar and take out food is like a drug. Once I start eating it, there is no off switch until I've made myself sick. Its shocking how much I could eat in one sitting sometimes. Because of this as of November 1st I gave it all up. Cold…

33-f from eastern Canada I have about 150 to lose but taking it day by day cause i know its a long *kitten* journey. right now the short term goal is to get under 250 (about 40 pounds) which is all the weight i gained since I moved back east 5 9 years ago. always looking for active food loggers and supportive friends.
