@AmbersWay - I haven't really figured all of Stridetrick out, but I just accepted you as a friend and invited you to challenge. I think I put this first challenge for 4 or 5 days. 25 miles. I think miles is slower feeling than steps. We should try out steps maybe next time. There is a chat. I'll try to put the link. I'll…

@megnolia82- I'm hoping your clinic visit goes well. Sorry to see that you have had a rough time.

I sent out a Stridekick challenge to the four other Mission Slimpossibles and chose the Tokyo theme in honor of @19shmoo69 time as a child in Japan! Let me know if anyone who wants to participate can't see it.

@tammymccrady6278 - glad your challenging hard week is over. Nice job on your step goal, logging, and self quotes during it all. Your Canadian "Family Day" Holiday on Monday sounds fantastic. I'm jealous. Enjoy!!
-
@shaunarlr83 - I saw you on Stridekick! I added a few others from here! I laughed when I read your comment about you of course needing another app to help!! That is me exactly! So many apps, but it helps!! @Cornanda - these apps have fun step, mile or minute challenges that last a few days to a few weeks. I have been…

I just went down a rabbit hole of disgruntled Fitbit users after Google/Fitbit just announced they are getting rid of challenges and adventures as of Mar. 27! I'm looking for friends on Stridekick app which takes many different devices. I'm JenAWhite there also. (BTW - I learned how to do the middle finger emoji today! :) )

My No-Zero Day Win today - I finally went to read the No-Zero day explanation at the beginning of Feb. Team post! I couldn't figure out what you were all talking about. So I traveled to work through the adventurous snow storm that is supposed to dump 8 inches of snow when all finished today, (all schools closed), and sat…

@MamaSunflowers If you are the crazy Amelia D with 164k for your week so far, then I have you and Susan B. I'm just missing @ells_bellz . Were you able to contect with Ellie? I will need to get a treadmill installed under my desk I think!!

@19shmoo69 - Those are great details. We all have had disheartening teen experiences and can relate. Poor Zakk! Can't wait for the funny next one! I don't think I'd be good over there. Is Korean food pretty spicy?

I'm new this month to this group and loving it so far! My name is Jen, I'm 56 and live in Wisconsin. I am married with two grown sons, one in Chicago and one still at home. My older sister and my energetic golden doodle both live with me and inspire me to move more. I struggle with habits of all kinds, and love to have a…

@vegan4lyfe2012 - I loved the bullseye archery story! What a fun experience. And I am also waiting on @Katmary71 to hear how she makes oatmeal savory. I've recently discovered natural nut butters in muffins that make them savory and not sweet, that I wondered if nut butter might make oatmeal savory. I can't wait to hear.

@happysquidmuffin - As a returning/now somewhat newbie, I'm so happy you decided to stay as a cheerleader! It sounds like this group helped you so much that you made it to the maintaining phase. I hope to get to that phase some day myself!!

@megnolia82- So sorry to hear of the treatment issues. Good luck with this new prescription!
-
@Brigit42 and @micaroo4 - It sounds like you both live in conditions like I do here in Wisconsin. It got up to 6 degrees today! My dog and I were so stir crazy today. I agree, the sun didn't even help warm anything up!
-
@trooworld - That Tonal App looks so cool! I'm going to have to check that out. I really love apps to help support habits as I need all the help I can get. Thanks for sharing.
-
@shaunarlr83 - Oh my gosh you are too funny about my username - "JenA" reminding you of Forest Gump's "Jen-ny." I hate to admit it took me a minute to figure that out. Now I love my Username!! :)
-
@lrjogger1 - way to improvise when the weather gets in the way! (Inspires me as it has been almost too dangerously cold to go outside this week). I love the weight work-out and Prescott! So cute!!
-
@shaunarlr83 - these kind of nspiring stories are the very reason I've come back here after a 2+ year break! So awesome! I'm most excited about the credit given to "lift heavy." I'll be going to the gym tonight and might opt for more weights than cardio! Thanks so much for the post!!
