I've considered not weighing myself, but I need to see those numbers going down. I weigh in the morning every few days just to check how I'm doing.

From what I read yesterday you will need an iPhone 5 and 6. This will mean in will have to upgrade. But I think this is just if you want to sync it to your emails etc. Which you will probably want to do if yours buying it.

Try Pilates. I do this for my back pains due to a chronic illness and it helps a lot. I found I had no core strength which was part of the problem.

I feel better than I was but I do have fibromyalgia which means I will always have pain and tiredness but to varying degrees. I'm sure the vitamin D has helped me feel less achy though. I take gem everyday since Feb this year.

Look up the symptoms of fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed this year with it. We are known to be deficient in vitamin D and this was confirmed by my rheumatologist.

I was severely deficient earlier his year. I am on vitamin D daily (prescribed). I didn't gain weight from it. I gained a few pounds because I kept stuffing my face.

I play games on the ipad amd watch telly. Usually at the same time lol I have a coffee prob an hr before bed and a small snack.

I lost 33lbs (gained some of it back!). I noticed there was a lot of space in my bra and realised that I had gone down a cup size! I went from a C to a B. not too bad though. I've still got something :)

I dont do diets. My mother in law is always on one. One of them was the cabbage soup diet. Ew.

You need to keep something healthy with you for days like that. I don't stop eating what I really love, I control the portion sizes and log it no matter what. You don't have to munch on radishes to lose weight either x

I weighed myself yesterday and I'm due on on Saturday. Big mistake! Then I thought, instead of getting upset by the 2lb gain, I will get excited. So I said to myself, I cant wait to see what comes off when my period is done :D

I completely agree with you there. I might go over on a day but I wont do it everyday and when I do go over its not by hundreds!

There's no need for a cheat day if you're making this a lifestyle change. I eat what I want in moderation and within calories allowed. My birthday is on Friday and I WILL be having a slice of cake and I will log it. But it's not a cheat day per say. It's still going in my log book! And I will enjoy every bite guilt free :)

In my last weightloss I started in a 36C and went down to what I am now 34B. It's no biggy, still got something there :)

I drink 5-6 coffees a day. Skimmed milk and one sugar. I tried a week without sugar and hated it. Tried a sweetener and that was nasty too.

I take 25mg Amitriptyline in the evening and on 100g Gabapapentin once a day, increasing to three times a day from Tues x.
