Why do you want to lose? You're skinny. We are the same height and I would be skin and bone at that weight. I would say maybe tone up but definately not lose anymore.

This ^^^ Also people spouting nonsense all day long, and another girl had an ED and was happy she could see her bones and people liking that post. I just didnt feel comfortable supporting someone with an ED in weightloss.

Mine was slightly lazy too. I was put on 25mg for years up until a month or two ago. I'm now on 50mg. I didn't have any weight problems before taking it or after. My weight gains are due to eating rubbish lol

I'm the same height as you and on 1650 a day. I weigh a lot less than you so I don't know if that makes a difference. Perhaps you can ease yourself down from say 2000 etc so it isn't difficult for you x

Use the same scale in the same place in the morning, after the loo. I do this, as I know I weigh differently around the house. I weigh before I get dressed (in my pjs). If you're craving sweet things in the evening then it's because you aren't having them in the day. Sugar isn't bad for you. I snack in the evenings too. I just try to fit it into my calories for the day. Nothing wrong with snacking.

Have you out yourself in his shoes? Or thought about it in a way that, if he had lost lots of weight and toned up etc and went to the gym however many times you go, how would you be feeling? I can see how he could be feeling x

I don't understand why you arent logging fruits and nuts. They all have calories. If you want to lose weight then you need to log these foods.

The only veg I will eat are potatoes and some onions if cut up really small and mostly hidden in the food ???? I dont eat salad other than a fruit salad. I hate soggy breakfast cereal ???? I dont like the taste of oven chips.
