Last year around this time I was down from 205lbs to 195lbs, now I am up to 215lbs. But that's ok, I enjoy the challange. I will be at 170 by July since I have the support of my wife and a gym membership ;)

For me it was when I was playing with my two year old daughter and realized that I was worn out from essentially no activity. I was lifting her up and chasing her and was winded fairly quickly. So ever since I have tried to go to the gym as much as possible.

Honestly, I use the ones that came with my iPhone when I run at the gym. They are just earbuds but they sit really well in my ear. It might have something to do with the way ears are shaped, and that helps to determine preference. Use one of each, and decide which ones you like more!
