Awesome! I NEED this so bad. There are really just 3 weeks until the 4th, so I can make this happen. Goals: No beer Stick to my food plan. Goal weight for July 4th 165 (I was 170 at the doc's this morning) I can do it! I really need this jumpstart to get to my overall goal by October.
