I'll be 59 this year. I started back on Atkins on Feb 3rd. I lost 6 pounds the first week and nothing this week. I just started using MYFITNESSPAL today. I used it very little a long long time ago. I am 5' 1/2" and weigh 129.5 right now. Anytime I want to lose weight I have to eat around 1,000 to 1,100 calories and walk/aerobic at least 15 minutes 5 days a week to lose. MyFitnessPal says the same 1,200 for me and I just can't eat that much and lose. I watch the salt intake as that makes me gain if I have too much.…
