Sometimes I find it hard to take and accept criticism, so that's why I stopped my account at ObesityHelp.com. I know I need that push and motivation, but it's going to be challenging for me. I try not to get too worked up over others opinions, but sometimes emotions just bottle up and have no place to go but out.
