  • Hi Everyone, I'm hoping I can drop about 50 pounds by June. I find it hard to exercise due to a ruptured disc but I will try my best and start with 2 days a week on my treadmill. I'm hoping I can really stick to this.
  • Hi... Just try to do steamed veggies and brown rice or just order what you like but and eat a small portion of it and doggie bag the rest..
