i'm 5'2 and currently around 155 trying to get to 135-125. There's a ten pound window there because i plan to strength train and build lots of muscle, so not sure if my body will let me get to 125.... We shall see! Add me if you like...

i was just thinking something similar today...but i think my core is just a bit stronger now, thus improving my posture and making me appear slimmer. Thing is, i'm not really 'trying' to suck it in..........

There is no easy way out of being overweight. EAT LESS JUNK, GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOME KIND OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EVERYDAY, GET MORE SLEEP, DRINK MORE WATER.

i also agree with the above..Lean Cuisine's are okay for a 'no time for anything else' meal. but if you eat them all the time, you may as well be eating junk food. The sodium content will keep your gut swollen with water retention. Also, drink insane amounts of water..........no soda, tea, gatorade, juice, etc.

if they're tiny, they can't possibly have that many calories....i'd say you're good...

I haven't looked at your diary, but are you eating enough? I'm not sure what a swai fillet is (fish??)....but everything else looks pretty healthy. Only thing i would say to switch is the chicken thigh....much less fat in a breast.

good luck! Anything that tastes good (to me) has one or the other. so what i do is put my dressing on the side, and i dip my fork in the dressing before stabbing a bit of salad. You wouldn't believe how much LESS dressing you use, and don't miss the taste!!
