Doing my first in June 2010 and VERY EXCITED!!

Well, I did buy a pair of jeans a couple sizes too small, but it wasn't on purpose!! The tag said 13, and i was in a size 12 at the time, so I bought them. When I tried them on, I couldn't get them buttoned. Then i lost the receipt!!! That was last year in November. A few months ago, I found the jeans in our winter clothes…

oh, and one more thing.... i REALLY like the Tuna Creations foil pouches. the tuna is flavored and when i add it to a bed of greens, i swear there is no dressing needed. Lemon-pepper and Smoked Hickory are my two faves, and i pair the tuna and greens with cucumbers, red onion, and tomatoes.....

tomorrow, i'm doing a "pizza" salad.... it's in my diary for tomorrow in the noon slot.... i'm not using dressing, so it's not too bad on calories...

When i eat a good breakfast, my lunch tends to be lighter, as does my dinner. someone above probably already posted this saying, but "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper"....or something like that LOL.....

that's probably right... they're made of mostly water..... when i make a salad, sometimes i dont even bother logging them... same with onions..

GREAT JOB!! I agree, a calorie is a calorie when it comes to weight loss, but definitely not when it comes to nutrition and health.
