I recently bought the polar ft4 and have only used it a few times. It seems to work really well. The only thing I dont like is that it doesnt tell me how far i've been.

Increase your fiber, it makes you feel fuller longer. Dont take any of the supplements that you see in the store. The fda does not regulate them and so the ingrediants on the bottle could actually be more or less than what it says.

I have a Pedometer that I got from Amazon, it is very accurate. It tracks how many steps I take, how far I go in miles and how many calories I have burned. I love it, I wear it all the time, even when I go on a run/walk. The name of it is Omron walking style. Hope this helps.

I tried it for a few days and it really upset my stomach. I have taken some that dont make your stomach all upset like this one and I much prefer those.
