Some of it does hang like crepe paper, wrinkled up. Why won't crunches help with that? I am still doing cardio, I do jumping jacks a lot and I ride my bike. Although, it is too hot now to ride my bike for where I live. What specific exercises would you suggest for my stomach and chest? Thank you for the support.

I have a bicycle, which I ride a lot. But it is really hot where I live and impossible to ride very long. I also have a workout machine, for arms and legs at the house.
