  • I started phase 2 today of the doubles. I'm also using a heart rate moniter. Over 1500 calories burned doing 2 hours total!! Good luck. I've noticed a huge change in my body with in the 30 days I've been doing it, I've gotten stronger and very toned, especially in my upper body.
