Hmmmm Some people post their questions on here to get answers and advice from people who are going through the same things. That what these forums are for. If you dont like it then stay off them. There is no reason to be getting smart. On the other hand there was so great advice on here. Thanks guys :)

I hate the baby belly! Mine just doesnt want to shrink! Its like i loose weight everywhere except for there! What kind of exercises do you do to work on it??

I just did it for the 3rd time, I could barely get through the video the first time, but its getting easier. I can deffinatly tell that my legs are firmer! But I was wondering the same thing about what kind of results to expect!! Also, How often are you supposed to do the video? Is it everyday?
