Luna High Protein Nutrition Bar, I keep them in my car and eat it when I'm going to work. It's a nice ritual. Then at work on my first break, I do 2 Hard Boiled eggs. Both of these things give me loads of protein.

I had one of the original Fitbit Pedometers. well, it finally quit. I loved it because it counted stairs. Don't know if the fitbit wristband does this. bit the revised fitbit one does. So I have it on order.

I say. Don't agonize over how long it is going to take to lose the weight. Think only of getting through the day. and then wake up and think about that day. If you should "slip" up. Pick your program up right at the very next meal. Do not under any circumstances throw in the towel. Oh, and work some exercise in each day.…

Take a couple of pictures of yourself. Front/side/Back. Use these pictures not to judge yourself badly. But to motivate yourself to change your shape. Sometimes I have a piece of Fruit. Or, Greek Yogurt. sometimes Greek Yogurt with multi-grain Cheerios. ( they have 100%) iron in them So they are great for you. Or Baby Carrots and Celery stalks. Hope this helps. JoAnna
