I'm new to this site and a few days late, but I'd love to join you!! I joined a 4 week "weight loss club" at my gym on June 1st, so this will be the perfect added incentive! I'm looking to reach my goal weight by the beginning of July. :)

I workout 4-5x a week (a bit more than an hour of cardio at the gym) and generally burn 700-800 calories. I do not usually eat more than 100 extra a day. My diet is mostly whole foods, so 1200-1300 calories a day is more than satisfying most days. I've lost a little more than 25 lbs so far and have 8 more to get to my…
