D2W1L1 - total of 17 push ups, max 6. I am a weakling when it comes to these!! I hope to get stronger. Planning on doing day 2 again tomorrow and trying to beat my max and on saturday do day 3.

Day 1, failed! Didn't shred and am too exhausted to move. Went on a last minute shoot and ended up basically hiking a steep mountain for about 2.5 miles which with the steepness felt more like 20 miles! Gotta work on that arm strength!! I actually did today in plank position not on my knees like I had planned. I just feel like pushing myself a little more than I think I can do. Needless to say I looked pretty pathetic and weak... BUT! It's just the first day!

dark chocolate very high in cocoa percentage is actually really good for you, it's really high in antioxidants. just keep it in moderation, as someone said here 50 cals a day, that seems really reasonable.

I'm so tired of starting it and stopping it at one point or another. BUt the idea of starting at level 1 again really turns me off... I do want to successfully complete all 30 days though!! So, I'm thinking of alternating level 1 and 2 for the first 15 days and then alternating levels 2 and 3 for the last 15 days. This way…

I'm with you on that - going to do this program on my knees and then will do the program again with "proper" form. I am really trying to build my upper body strength and in order to stick with it for the entire 6 weeks I have to stay realistic with what I know I am able to do... It's Wednesday... How's everyone doing on their goals so far?? I'm not getting as many miles down as I was hoping for, but so far eating right and counting (minus one day) and drinking that water! Just want to make sure everyone's on track! :)

2 miles walked today. Not a ton but knew I wouldn't be able to get much more than that. Tomorrow is a busy day so I'm hoping to get 2 walked or maybe even 3. I can smell the 90 mile mark somewhat...!!

My goals are: -Log my food -Drink my water -Walk 18 miles -Finish L2 of 30D Shred -Do 1 pilates session -Do 2 sessions of some new cardio routine -Eat 30 grams of fiber everyday -Lose 1 pound And I will succeed!! :) Have a great week everyone

honestly sometimes I like to just slice it into 1/2 inch or so slices, salt and pepper it, drizzle olive oil, and bake it for about 20 minutes on high. it's delich.
