Every morning and every night. It keeps me on track.

I had lost a bunch of weight before having my youngest child, and since he was born, I've not been serious about diet and exercise. I realized I'm now 5 pounds heavier than I was at my previous highest weight, and looking at pictures from now and 60 pounds ago really showcases how much I've put on. I decided enough was…

I started at 281 in August of 2017. By February of 2018, I was 225. I got pregnant, and when my son was born in October of 2018, I was 255. Since then, no matter what I do, the weight is just not going anywhere. I stayed between 255-265 for a long time, but since I haven't been working with the Covid thing, the pounds are…

The only thing I really haven't been able to give up is sodas. But I fit them into my allotted amount of calories. When I do eat other things that are higher calorie, I just eat less of them---and not even because I am limiting myself anymore, just because I don't need 3-4 slices of pizza to be full, one will do the job. I always pre-plan my day. We had fast food last night (busy day and I didn't get home in time to start dinner--the kids get unruly if it's not on the table by 6 and we didn't get home until well after 5) and I was able to stay within my calories...I just eat less; half a burger and fries, or just the meat and no bread, one…

Once every 3-4 days, on average. Sometimes it will be every 2, sometimes once a week. Probably not enough.

Me! Me! I have over 100 pounds to lose. I'm an introvert in the real world, but online not so much. I need friends!

Congrats on your strong start!

Ok, thanks! I figured as much, but I wanted to be sure. I don't want to do anything wrong!

I have a lot to lose too--right around 125 pounds. Feel free to add me, I'm dedicated and in for the long haul and it's important to have friends along the way to help keep you motivated!

I would eat the burger if I wanted it, but I'd make it fit in my calorie allowance for the day--either by limiting my calories for other meals or doing enough exercise to make up for it or only eating 1/3 or 1/2 of the burger. For instance, tonight is date night for my husband and I, so I know I'll be eating more calories…

Hello! I am "new"...by that, I mean I'm re-starting my weight loss journey. I have a history of yo-yoing with weight and I'm really trying not to let that happen again. I need to lose over 100 pounds and I've only been able to shed about 25 of those on again and off again over the last few years. My plan is to eat 1350…
