I love Zumba, they offer free classes at my gym. If you have children most places offer a Mommy and Me Zumba class, which for me is less crowded and also it's a easier to pick up because the movements are not so complex. You should try it, it's a fun way to burn calories. I don't have a HRM but most girls I talk to say…

I am on Day 5 and it's getting a lil easier but oh my god those first couple days my legs felt like they were going to fall off!!!! Just keep pushing thru it, you will feel great each day after finishing it so don't give up!! I thought I was in shape because I play softball but I swear that 20 minute workout kicks my butt…

I just quit smoking too, it'll be one month tomorrow!! Congrats to you!! I chew lots of sugar free gum to help with the cravings but honestly I don't miss it one bit! I feel better and can breathe better...best decision I ever made!! Good luck to you on your journey!

I love my gym!! It's an all ladies gym with free daycare, tanning, and any kind of class you can think of including Mommy and Me Zumba, which is fun and the kids love it. I am a diet soda freak!! I have been having a problem losing these last 25 lbs....what did u do to help with the cravings? I also quit smoking 3 weeks ago so I know it would be very hard for me to quit drinking soda right now but I think that's what I need to do. Good luck to you all on staying soda free!!

It's never too early!! In August I would like to... -lose 10 lbs!! -get to the gym at least 3 days a week ( I also play on 3 co-ed softball leagues) -drink more water -and less diet soda!! -get back into my size 10/11 jeans!! Good luck to you all!!!
