So I just bought another Wii because my 3 year old broke my last one...Just wondering what are your favorite games to play?? My favorites are Just Dance 1 and 2 and I'm trying out a Zumba game. I want to buy a new game so I would love some suggestions! Thanks my fitness friends!
Okay, I'm just a little confused. Under tools, my BMR is 1, 370 calories a day, but when I look under goals it says I burn 1, 710 calories a day and that my deficit is 510 because my calories are set at 1, 200. Shouldn't these numbers match?
