I went back to work today, school cafeteria, and we had a new weight loss challenge. Just when I needed it so I didn't binge today and only 11/2 pieces of candy. Big goal for me. I didn't make the treadmill today but will soon.

Thank you all and my goal weight is 150 and I my goal for the rest of today is to log everything. Tomorrow my goal is to get back on my treadmill.

I am out of control. Today is the day to take that back. I stepped on the scale today. The only way I know to reset my brain is to post my weight to you all. I don't ever so this out of fear, but here it goes. I weighed 194.4. I am 5'3" and my mom died with cancer and congestive heart failure that she hid from us in 2015.…

Please help, I have been a lifetime member WW only to gain all of it and some more back. I got on the scale this morning and weighed 195. I don't want to keep doing this. I had gotten down to 154 a 1 1/2 ago and now back to this. I use food as a reward, medicine and everything else.

I gained again this last week but it was totally on me, eating anything and everything. Started walking again today and will try to stay within my calorie goal.

Hello, would love to have friends and motivation. Last week lost 5 pounds stuck to it like glue, not this week. Does anyone have any suggestions about snacks and constant grazing. Can do great at meals then wreck it with snacking especially at night.
