The hot sauce is in nearly every grocery store, you shouldn't have troubles finding it. If you do, go to a Mexican restaurant and ask them for a bottle to buy or a small amount for take out. My husband eats this like candy.

Just keep in mind your weight can fluctuate around 2 pounds throughout the day depending on water retention, food eaten and still in your stomach, time of day you weigh etc. I don't think you should worry so much about the number. I imagine it would have to do with the need for fat loss. Doing lunges/squats will develop the muscle and make them bigger unless the fat goes bye-bye. Try to do a lot of cardio and blast those babies! Good luck!

You CAN get coconut oil at the regular grocery store, I bought some at Smiths last week. It was by all the other oils. If your store has a health food section, you can find the organic versions there as well. I got a quart size for $7.00.

I think your best bet would be to lose all the fat you want along with doing a lot of glute exercises to get those bootie muscles big and firm! Best of luck
