Ok now I'm more confused than before so let me see if I've gotten this right. Instead of not eating back calories (a concept I'm still trying to understand), I just need to eat things that are higher in caloric intake when I can't eat back calories? So is eating back calories always the goal?

I guess I'm going to have to find something to do to keep my hands busy.... I crochet and sew and write now, so I guess I'll have to keep it up without snacking.

You can do it! I don't know if I can. I think skinny jeans are from hell but I'm determined to get into a pair ONE DAY. Just stay focused. (At least that's what they tell me around here!)

I have five. Two in each ear and one in my nose. I have a friend who makes jewelry, she's making me nose chains for my debut when I get to my goal weight :)
