I drink things like Kool-Aid liquid drops and add splenda to my coffee/tea. It's the only one to me that doesn't taste nasty. I see no reason to not ingest them. :)

Oh honey, I feel you. I'm 4 ft 10 and 260. Walking and a little bit of elliptical is all my poor body can handle. It's working though! Just start slow, five minutes if that's all you can do. I've finally built up to 36 minutes today. You can do it! <3 Edit: I also agree with what someone above said. Swimming is great too!

I finally got tired of how I look, tired of being tired. For years I tried to lose weight for everyone else. Well, this time it's for ME and me only. That's how I do it everyday. It's the only thing I've ever done for myself and I won't give up on myself.

Crushed pineapple. I break my fast with it every single day. Nothing better in my opinion when it comes to cottage cheese combos. Sweet and creamy, YUM. =)

I personally stay away from aspartame and stevia because they taste disgusting to me. But I've never had Splenda so I can't say anything on the taste. Health-wise, I don't Splenda is too bad. As long as you don't have a reaction or health reason to stay away I think you're good to go. :)

It took me about three days to stop having major headaches. For the next three I had very slight ones, but nothing horrible. :)

I love popcorn! I have an air popper. I will pop 2 to 4 tablespoons in it and eat it with 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast (lick a piece, dip in yeast) it is delicious and cheesy tasting. :)

I am doing IF, lost 6 pounds so far! I am doing an 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window (eat from 12pm to 8pm) but will soon change this to an 18 hour fast with a 6 hour window. I used to eat Lay's plain potato chips and would smother them in maple syrup. Don't know if that's considered weird, but I got a lot of odd looks. :huh:

It's about 90% just to get healthy for me. I've been heavy since I was a kid. That other 10% is vanity. I want to look good for myself, not for a man, not for anyone else but me. I want to feel confident and take pride in myself. :)

Definitely! I LOVE tattoos! If done well they look amazing and are pretty sexy on men and women! I have two and am saving up have more done. Eventually I want to get sleeves, but that's going to be my reward when I reach goal weight. :D
