Lay's potato chips smothered in maple syrup. :\

They usually go for around 99 cents a pound here... so I get a head for about two bucks.

It doesn't. A big chunk of my diet is rice and potatoes and I'm losing weight very nicely. :P

Banana peels, bits of potato, plastic from wrapped veggies, a Brussels sprouts stalk, orange peels and various bits of paper towels and an empty agave syrup bottle. I think that's all. haha.

I'm not gluten free (I do eat bread but eat gluten free pasta etc), but I am vegan! Feel free to add me if you want. :)

Sometimes being dizzy is an inner ear thing. Vertigo or inflammation? You could ask your doctor about that, it might not be diet related. Good luck. :)
-
If you say so. lol

Yes. Tasty, cruelty free and pus free. All good things in my opinion.

For the past week it's been about four medium to large potatoes roasted (like home fries/hash browns) with no oil in my hot air cooker and two big slices of sourdough toast. With a bit of ketchup or bbq sauce on the side. Sometime jam on the toast. :)

Going today, here's what I'll be getting: 20 pounds of potatoes 6 bunches of bananas ketchup sweet chili sauce Cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini Dates Possibly some blueberries a few spices I'm running out of (mrs. dash fiesta lime, cumin and turmeric) I think that'll do it for this week. I have pretty much everything…

B12 deficiency isn't just a vegan problem though, a lot of meat eaters suffer as well. Some folks just have a tough time absorbing it. As for your question, I take a sublingual tablet each day (and make sure it's methylcobalamin) and a bit of B12 fortified nutritional yeast here and there. My levels are perfect. If you are…

I'm vegan. Feel free to add me, I'm always looking for veggie friends!
-
I'm in! :D

How much water are you actually drinking? I usually get in a minimum of three liters. 8 cups may not be enough for you.

4 ft 10, my goal is around 90 to 100 pounds.

Hey there, I'm vegan. Feel free to add me. :)
-
Romaine lettuce, pomegranate juice, potatoes, rice, figs, spinach, mango juice, pickles, frozen veggies and fruit, maple syrup, agave, broccoli, cucumbers, almond milk and tons of other vegan nummies I can get. Costco is quite good to vegans. :)

Hi I just saw this post, may I join in? I am 4 ft 10 and have 170 pounds to lose. :( I would love to have and give some encouragement. :)

I haven't had a flu shot in 16 years and I think I've had one (small) cold. I have a friend and her, her husband and two kids are constantly sick and are big meat eaters. I'm around them a lot and never catch anything... she kind of hates me for it. LOL. I tell her go vegan but she won't do it. Bummer.

Oh this sounds delicious! I'd slap some of this over some rice and chow down.

Oh me! I love listening to Motorhead, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest while working out. \m/ Some Black Sabbath and Dethklok gets in there too when I exercise. heh.
-
I know how you feel. I've been trying (like seriously trying, no cheating and exercising) for a while now and I haven't lost much. I need to lose over 150 pounds. I feel hopeless, stupid and ugly. And on top of that I'm lonely (no friends) and I want to turn to food but that's what got me in trouble. I just feel miserable…

Salmon.. oh how I loathe that nasty stuff. Yurk. Also olives, grapefruit, cantaloupe. Tomatoes, but only when raw. Cooked I am fine with.
-
No. If you want to eat some soup before your meal to eat less overall I think that's fine, but no to just the soup. Eat at a calorie deficit and you'll be just fine. :)
-
I'm not sure, but I tried three different kinds and they all tasted like crap to me. :\ I suppose they are though, if you like the taste.

My father, some friends and I went to a local steakhouse called Left T's. I had an 8 ounce top sirloin with a ton of broccoli with butter. It was DIVINE. I'm going back for my birthday in October. Whoo!

I am starting very soon (just waiting for some $ for groceries) and will definitely need some help. Thanks for starting this thread. :)

I'm trying to get to 90, but that is the very minimum. I would be happy at 90 to 115. I just put 90 in on a whim. My highest weight was 271 (so that is what my ticker is based off of). I'm a double d, so I know all about being big in the front. lol. I hate it myself. :\ Thank you for the information. :)

Ok, that was very helpful! Thank you!
