i suppose my goal is around 147lbs for my 5ft7 frame, i pretty much feel totally vile the way i am now, i was so happy when i weighed myself this morning and weighed 157lbs on analogue scales but then tonight my digital scales arrived and i'm now around 166 =/ which was what i originally started at on the analogues :/…
