Coconut water is hydrating, and very low on calories. I drink a lemon flavoured one which is 70 cal per 330ml. I second what everyone else is saying however, 1200 calories does seem a little low, but good luck with your weight loss! :-)

My favourites have been Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and True Detective. I've binged on Breaking Bad about 3 times I think.

My favourite is just an oriental stir fry (you can pick up the stir fry veggies at your supermarket), with pad thai noodles, and a thai green curry sauce. Then I add the shrimp in last to warm them up, and serve. Takes about 3-5 minutes and is really comforting and tasty!
