  • Whatever works! lol. Starting with cardio 45 min, 5x a week. Light weighs a couple times (but i dont' really know what i'm doing with that), and counting calories. I already eat fairly healthy foods most of the time, just gotta cut out that extra junk i like to add in! I'm open to any suggestions you guys might have also :)
