Ye I take ritalin for ADD it really helps, I am a student and study very advance medical science so it's imperive that i am able to concentrate but it does ruin my sleep! I like Weight Watchers mini ice cream tubs they have 77Kcals each and are so tasty! YOu'd never think you are eating diet ice cream... At tesco they come in a 4 pack (2 chocolate tubs and 2 toffee tubs)! So Yum! x

No worries :-) I'm just glad now almost 5months later that my Hb count is almost normal! I think even if it makes it a little harder to lose weight on it, you can still do it... it may just take a little more effort! Maybe a little extra cardio would be needed but that would help with the bloating as well! :-)
