I agree that reducing the main meals but adding a few snacks in between might help - it helps me. I have celery and either hummous or you can sometimes fine a broadbean and mint humous which tastes really nice.. Sugar snap peas are a good snack for me int he afternoon as I normally need a sweet somethign aroudn 3.00 in the…
