I started T-25 on May 26th. I did not have a pic on how I looked when I first started but I took the first pic halfway through the program. Weight at start: 165 lbs. Weight at the end of 2 months: 148 lbs. Waist: 36.5 - 32.5 Body fat: 24% to 18% Great job!!! Keep pushing!!
