i went from about 20 cups of normal tea with milk to around 10 cups of green tea a day now ..cant look at normal tea anymore which causes fun on planes and in restaurants when i ask for a cup of hot water as i carry around a supply with me when i go out as most places very rarely do flavoured green teas.

thanx for the advice and well wishes..ill get by i'm sure.. gonna miss the workouts for the week so wont need to shower everyday.. i also have skin conditions so i shower after every workout but only wash my hair say twice in a week otherwise the eczema kicks in on my scalp n its really crap. Thanks all. Yes I can still use shower lol I was told not to get any water in my ear that's all.. But the thought of doing exercise this week n smelling rank kinda puts me off lol Think by the end of the seven days of antibiotics I'll need a big push back into my routine

Well to top it off I've just been shopping and had to buy a size 32 jeans I've been a size 34 for about fifteen yrs. Then to make things better I tried on some straight leg jeans as well and had to go back for a size 30 !!!!!! Well chuffed

i have to make do with counter top press ups as i tend to hurt my wrists doing the normal ones..even though i do struggle with around 15 of them as opposed to 50 counter tops .. but im sure the counter tops are still doing me some good :) ..

i'm 5'9 and currently at 166lbs would like to be below 154 but will see .. never worked out until now ..not very muscly or heavy set .. I'm trying to lose the weight and keep the lean muscles I'm building up right now..that would be ideal for myself.

i try and do at least 5miles or more jogging/walking every other day.. 3 1hr dumbbell sessions on alternate days and try n get in 8mile cycle rides on my day off. Feels great :) As well as trying to fit in 60squats and 100 counter top push ups every day :)

it definitely wasn't just whining.. lol i guess it hit home when i felt my head get hotter n hotter so i just caved in and let it be… ill be back at it in a couple of days I'm sure but for the next couple of days I'm deffo having a lie in.. lol

i couldn't do any workouts at all while i was sick..i was too weak .. i normally do try n work through them but i work 12hrs a night,so i had to save the strength i had.. thanks for disappointing me.. lol think ill try n start back with walking tomorrow n leave the weights till i feel ok again :) it was quite a shock when…
