mine are triggered by bright lights and changes in lighting conditions and even some shop lighting etc brings them on.. i wear dark glasses constantly to combat it otherwise i lose vision etc and 3days in bed .. i have to train at dusk so that i can get my runs in without the hassle ..

Thanks all.. I'm dreading the weather as I always run at night for comfort. I'll be back on the weights after the runs over n done with.. This place is a great source of inspiration.. That and the Fitbit HR lol

i get it if i run too close to eating .. i have to leave around 2-3hrs after food.. could be that

I've had sleep problem on n off for years..this time round I've had an eruption of eczema on my face which led me to cut out dairy as i suspected that was triggering it as i started eating more cottage cheese/yoghurts etc etc .. the eczema eruptions have almost died out..except for when i fail and eat something with dairy…

lol .. i started with 2lb running hand weights and still use them while running . Thanks for the replies folks .. I'm guessing that NOW is the time i can finally call it weight lifting now its getting harder to do :)

i workout while I'm at work on a night shift but then again i guess I'm lucky in that i work alone in a building at the moment.. i started out months ago by getting up and walking on the spot in the very small office .. then zipped it up to jogging on the spot ..every little helps

always wear under armour boxers no matter what I'm doing.. running shorts or tights and anything sleeveless .. if i ever do join a gym ill have to learn to keep the shirts on though ..

i recently converted as i was having eczema flare ups ..love the taste of almond milk and almond butter.. given up most dairy products now to see if it helps the eczema ..so far so good

by the time i go to work and calling at the shops a lot of the fresh stuff has been reduced in price .. it all freezes and u can save loads if you shop at the right time of day :)

i dont recall weight in August but i started my journey in june last year ..i can see a difference even though i was eating when photographed :)

i only eat the breast without skin and bone.. i usually brush them with red or green pesto and top with ground seeds .. pumpkin/linseed/sunflower ..whatevers to hand.. bake in oven uncovered for 40minutes.

i started the same way after joining mfp..sure a lot of posts said lift lift lift but anyone who just jumps in is only fooling themselves.. i also think theres a huge difference between squatting with dumbbells or even bodyweight and then moving onto the barbells..its a tough move and it takes some getting used to..im only…
