when I'm working i do this .. wake up and have breakfast then 6hrs later i will have lunch then 6hrs later dinner .. with a snack thrown in along the way at times but not always..seems to work for me as i also fit in exercise in between the meals .. however on my days off it all goes out of the window and i struggle to eat…

I've only had my charge hr a week or two now but it synced over right away with no problems.. i have them both on my iPhone and iPad and no problems with it..i have noticed that it takes a while to show on map after syncing from charge to phone etc.. i add in my foods on map and they show up easily on the fitbit app ..well…

i love crab stick salads :) .. throw in some pomegranate seeds for a change .. or even kiwi fruit..or make your own tzatsiki ..cheap and easy and extra protein to boot. i always make my salads chopped in a huge bowl..mix it all in one and usually add in some green or red pesto as a dressing.

I have the same problem with friends n family saying it to me.. I've lost 2stone but I'd still like to go another half stone and lose some more body fat... Go for what you feel comfortable with.. I'm not gonna stop till I get what I want, no matter what anyone keeps saying to me..
