I don't know the exact date but I'll go from today 1year ago .. I decided to get off my *kitten* n get fit as I was heading towards the 14 stone mark I'm sure .. Scales were broke lol
So I changed the way I eat and cut back a LOT on the drinking and starting running, walking, cycling, weight lifting and among other things..Yoga..
Well 1 year on I'm at the weight I wanted to be .. I now top the scales at 11stone .. I've lost 4 inches off my waist .. 2.5 off my neck and 3 inches from my hips.. So much so that I'm now in a size 30 waist trousers and an xsmall in a shirt.. I'm feeling good about what I eat and drink now and feel fitter than I have done in years.
Next week I'm running in my first 10k run in London and I'm looking forward to it..something I Never thought I'd be doing in a million years ..lol

So I guess what I'm trying to say is.. If I can do all this in one year .. Wonder what I can manage to accomplish in another yrs time?

I'd like to lose another 4lbs to get me to 150 lbs and then try and maintain that weight.. This is hard to achieve I know but I'm going for it and am looking ahead to the year in front of me.
Thanks to Some of you for the help and well wishes along the way, and for the knockers.. Well ... Lol
