Welcome! I put on around five stone in as many years and to get back to ten stone felt like mission impossible. With Metformin - it didn't help me lose weight but it did seem to stabilise my weight so at least I had stopped putting on weight. Only with exercise have I started to shift some of the PCOS midriff...!
