Is it too late to join this challenge? I'm just starting a weekly local program and it would be great to couple my "real life" with "online" friends.

You don't know how much I needed the inspiration you've provided. When others prove they can defy the sad statistics of weight lost and then quickly regained, I have hope that I might be able to do that too. Thanks for posting your uplifting story! You are a winner!
